Most awaited film Chandu Champion is out, and the release date has also been announced. Directed by Kabir Khan, the film will hit theaters on June 14. Movie will be first launched in Kartik Aryan's home town Gwalior.
Real Life Inspiring Character : Chandu Champion (2024)
Chandu Champion is inspired by the real-life story of India's first Paralympic gold medalist Murlikant Petkar, Who is a real-life character who has inspired millions with his remarkable story. He was raised in a small Indian town, and had to deal with a lot of obstacles throughout his life, such as social shame, poverty, and a disability. Despite these challenges, he persisted and went on to achieve greatness in every way.
Chandu's adventure started when, at an early age, he was diagnosed with polio, which left him physically unable. This didn't stop him from pursuing his love of sports, either. He began playing wheelchair basketball and quickly became into a talented player, competing internationally for India.
Chandu’s determination and perseverance caught the attention of many, and he became a role model for people with disabilities.

Sajid Nadiadwala is producing Karthik's film Chandu Champion. Reportedly, Shraddha is playing the female lead in the film, but makers have kept it under wraps. The story of this film will be based on the life of Murlikant Petkar. For the unversed, Petkar is a gold medalist who made the country proud in the 1970 Commonwealth Games and again in the 1972 Paralympics held in Germany. Kabir Khan's Chandu Champion is set for a June 14, 2024 release in cinemas.
